TTEC Digital is the consulting and technology implementation arm of TTEC Holdings, designing and delivering customer experience (CX) solutions such as Google Gemini/Dialogflow CX-based contact center AI systems for enterprise clients. It operates alongside its sister company TTEC Engage, which provides outsourced customer service staffing, but TTEC Digital itself focuses on CX technology consulting and implementation projects.
