About stackcrew.ai
stackcrew.ai is a job board for engineering roles where AI tools are part of the daily work, with every listing honestly labeled by how central AI is to the job.
Where the listings come from
We read the public careers pages that companies already publish through applicant tracking systems: Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, Workable and Recruitee. Nothing is scraped from social networks or resold from other job boards. Every company is re-checked daily, new roles are added, and a role is closed as soon as the company takes it down. Applying always happens on the company's own page.
How roles are classified
Most job posts say "AI" somewhere, and few of them mean the same thing. Each listing is read in full by an AI model and given one of three labels, so you can tell a role built around AI tools from a conventional one that name-drops them. Roles that only mention AI in vague terms are hidden by default, and one filter brings them back.
The role expects you to build mainly by directing AI tools, and is judged on what you ship rather than on manual coding depth.
A standard engineering role where AI tools are a bonus on top. It still expects real engineering depth.
AI tools are mentioned, but the requirements read like a conventional engineering listing.
How matching works
If you create a profile, each role is scored against your stack, seniority, location and the way you like to work, and the score is explained instead of just shown. Your profile is used for matching and nothing else.
What it is not
The board covers companies that publish through the systems above, so it is not every job on the market. Labels are a model's judgment of the written job post, not a verdict from the company, and some will be arguable. Salary figures only count pay that employers chose to publish.
Who is behind it
stackcrew.ai is an independent project built and run by one person in the Netherlands, who writes the code, runs the daily pipeline and answers the mail. There is no investor and no recruiting agency behind it, and listings are not ranked by who pays. Legal details are on the privacy policy and terms pages.
