Who we are

What the service is

stackcrew.ai is a job board for AI-native roles with tools to match you with listings: fit scores, an AI Assistant, profile and resume tools, and an application tracker. Listings are collected from the public career pages of the companies concerned. We are not an employer or recruiter, and we are not a party to any application or hiring decision.

Your account

You sign in with an emailed link. Keep your email account secure and give us accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old. One person, one account.

Free and paid use

Browsing the board is free. Some features, such as unlimited AI Assistant use and full matching, need a paid subscription. The current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged on an ongoing basis until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. Stripe collects and pays the applicable sales tax or VAT, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles payment-related support. Your purchase may appear on your statement as sold through Link, and you can manage your subscription there.
• We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance; the change applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered in the Refunds section below.

Refunds

If a subscription isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and you will get the full amount back, including tax, for any reason. Stripe, our merchant of record, may also issue refunds and applies any cooling-off rights that apply where you live.

To ask, email legal@stackcrew.ai from the address on your account, or contact support through your Link order page. We reply within a few working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method (your bank may take several days to show it).

Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for; it does not refund the current period, so ask for a refund if you are still within 14 days. After a refund your paid access ends and the account returns to the free plan; your profile and data stay unless you ask us to delete them.

Job listings

We try to keep listings accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that any job is still open, that its details (including salary and location) are correct, or that you will get an interview or an offer. When you apply, you do so on the employer's own site under their terms.

AI features and fit scores

The AI Assistant, resume import, project summaries and fit scores are automated and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as suggestions, check anything important yourself, and review everything before you share it with an employer.

Your content

You keep ownership of your profile, resume details and anything else you add. You give us permission to process it to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI and hosting providers as described in the privacy policy. Only add information you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape or copy the site in bulk, or resell its data.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the service or its usage limits, including the AI Assistant.
• Don't submit false, unlawful or someone else's personal information.
• Don't use the AI Assistant to produce harmful or unlawful content.

Names and logos

Company names, tool names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify jobs and tools. Their appearance does not mean the owner endorses or is affiliated with stackcrew.ai.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of job applications. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Where the service is available

Paid subscriptions are not available to customers in China, Russia, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria and Kosovo.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live.
