Sierra builds an AI agent platform that enables companies and, increasingly, government institutions to create conversational AI experiences for customers and constituents. Its customers include SoftBank, Uber, Rivian, CLEAR, and Sutter Health, and the company recently achieved FedRAMP High certification to expand into the US public sector. Founded by Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor, Sierra is headquartered in San Francisco with growing offices in North America, Europe, and Asia.
